I found this article as I am sitting at the funeral home viewing my last biological auntie and my Dads last sibling. I came here to find a few words to describe what aunties mean in our community. Also to ask the creator of this article and site to be my special guest on my podcast which is called Critical Conversations. Please follow me on Facebook and on YouTube follow Criitical Conversations with LHG. Please check out a few episodes. I launched a series called “Let the Aunties Speak” and I plan to relaunch it.
